Information for Masters:

Before entering the port you must advise us of the following information:

 • Number of crew/nationality/health condition
 • What kind and total quantity of cargo on board
 • Ballast water on board (quantity and necessity to pump it out)
 • Number of ship's cranes/tonnage
 • Vessel's arrival and departure draft
 • Ship's LOA/BEAM/Depth Moulded
 • Ship's DWT/GRT/NRT/Call signs
 • Yours preliminary stowage plan
 • Original ship's owner
 • Last port of call
 • Captain's name

While your vessel stays at port under discharging/loading, our qualified staff will twice a day inform you, your Charterers and Cargo Owner about handling operations.
